Biography
Owner, Mark Zeisberg has been a long time (35+ years) resident of Cecil County MD
While working for a highly successful small business that manufactured and distributed lubricants, he independently built a home for his new family, which started him in construction trade work. Going full time as a sole proprietor in 1995, North Bay Construction was born.
Incorporated in 1999, North Bay Construction, Inc. grew to two crews completing larger jobs in the tri-county area. A life changing vehicle accident brought him to work in large-scale commercial construction as a project manager with Emory Hill and Company. This experience included the inner workings of complex building systems, specialized applications, engineering, contract and finance control.
Preferring the independence and closer personal relationships of residential and light commercial work, North Bay Construction Inc. was resurrected. Currently performing "Honest Improvements and Repairs", we are focused on delighting customers with small company flexibility, one project at a time.
Donna Zeisberg, V.P. has provided sustained growth and development of North Bay Construction Inc. from the first day.
She has extensive background and expertise in human resources and accounting from larger corporate settings. This brings the talent needed to run client and office support efficiently.
At the project site her perspective with “a fresh set of eyes” provides valuable and well-received critique while we strive for the perfect outcome.
